A New Journey

Unbeknownst to most people, I resigned from my Account Technology Strategist (ATS) position at Microsoft Trinidad and Tobago in October. The job, just like everything in life, had its ups and downs. I was not able to focus on some of the technology that I wanted to but, at the same time, I was able to learn a lot from being on the other side of the wall and seeing the world from a different point of view. I was able to get a refresher on technologies that I stopped focusing on, such as System Center, and also learn first-hand about new products and programs. Another great benefit of the positon was the friends that I made in the local Microsoft office and in the IT community.
